Earlier today former Vice President Kamala Harris put out an announcement that she is not running for Governor of California. Above is a video just over three minutes long where I give you my first impressions about this very big decision for Harris, and of course it has implications for the 2026 Gubernatorial elections here, and the 2028 Presidential election.
