In the video above, I discuss yet another showdown between the Trump Administration and the State of California. As you know, there is a law in the State of California that requires that biological men who choose a female gender be allowed to participate in competitive women’s sports. After an investigation, the U.S. Department of Education determined that this constitutes a violation of federal law (Title IX) and ordered the California Department of Education to cease allowing this practice, on the grounds that the state law is unconstitutional. Anyways, I run through it all — what the federal DOE threw down, how the state DOE and CIF responded.
