President Trump has made it clear that if California policymakers (especially Governor Newsom) keep doing things that he believes are contrary to federal policy, he may halt the funding of some federal dollars to the State of California.
Yesterday, Governor Newsom took to social media to get in Trump’s face. But can Newsom even carry through with his threat? My analysis is above.
