every californian holds some of the blame. only a fool thought one small amount $$ back in 2009 would create such a complex train system that had never been done stateside before. It isn't fair to pin it all on the current Governor, Jerry Brown, or any one group. the whole state is at fault
I am a native born Californian....I did NOT VOTE FOR THIS!!!!! When that MORON Arnold was governor, a RINO republican.....I STILL voted against it!!!!!!!!!!!! My vote was NULLIFIED by the LEFTIST IDIOTS who dominate my once beautiful state!!!!
