John - I thought this was a good first effort. That being said I think it could be improved in two ways. First at the start you should put up an agenda as a graphic with a list of 5 topics with a timer for how long you think each topic is expected to last AND a subtraction timer from the original time of 30 minutes. I think it would give the thing more focus.
I need to figure out how to put up an agenda, I think that's a great Idea. I am NOT sure I can run timers! But I can put up a list of topics and a projected timeline.
